- If the NFT's digital ownership is transferred within capture.x, the aforementioned rights will be lost.
- If the associated facility ceases operation and stops updating CO2 data, updates on capture.x and point redemption will also cease.
- All intellectual property rights related to the NFT belong to our company or authorized third parties. Digital Owners have no rights to these intellectual properties beyond the aforementioned privileges.
- The NFT can not be token out to external wallets.
